P5 Our Farm Our Plan
Our Farm, Our Plan offers activities to help dairy farmers set long term goals, improve business performance, and manage risk by developing a strategic plan including business and personal goals.
It is delivered in NSW through Dairy NSW, Subtropical Dairy, Murray Dairy and Dairy Australia as part of the Dairy UP program (P5). Since July 2021 Our Farm Our Plan has offered the following activities to NSW dairy farmers includes:
- Eight face-to-face workshops
- Two intensive workshops
- Three workshops focused on the next generation – those looking for a career path – through the Young Dairy Network (YDN)
- Nine national online opportunities
About Dairy UP
Dairy UP is a collaborative research, development and extension program for the NSW dairy industry. It aims to unlock the potential of pastures, cows, water and milk to increase productivity and profitability, and de-risk the industry and develop new markets.
